Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and Meta Platform Policy, you have the right to request that Cosmetica Clinic Co., Ltd. delete the personal data we hold about you, including information collected through Facebook Messenger and our Facebook Page.
What data we can delete
On a valid request we will delete:
- Messages and attachments you have sent to our Page via Facebook Messenger
- Your name and Facebook Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) associated with those messages
- Contact information (phone number, email, address) that you have provided to us
- Records of your inquiries and our internal notes about them
- Any sales-prioritisation scores derived from the above
We will not retain any personally identifiable information after deletion, except where we are required by law to keep transactional, accounting, or tax records (in which case we will isolate and restrict that data).
We cannot delete:
- Data that Meta itself holds about you on Facebook or Messenger — please contact Meta directly via Facebook Settings or Meta’s Help Center for that
- Aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify you
How to request deletion
Send an email to cosmeticaclinicth@gmail.com with the following:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- The Facebook profile name you use when messaging our Page
“I, [Your Name], request that Cosmetica Clinic Co., Ltd. delete all personal data associated with my Facebook account.”
- (Optional) any phone number, email, or other contact information you have given us, so we can identify and delete those records too
To prevent unauthorised deletion, we may ask you to confirm the request from the same Facebook account that originally messaged our Page, or to provide additional information to verify your identity.
Timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 7 days
- Completion: within 30 days of receiving a valid request, as required by PDPA
You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

- ชื่อโปรไฟล์ Facebook ที่ท่านใช้ทักเพจของเรา
“ข้าพเจ้า [ชื่อของท่าน] ขอให้บริษัท คอสเมติก้า คลินิก จำกัด ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดของข้าพเจ้า”
- (ไม่บังคับ) เบอร์โทร อีเมล หรือข้อมูลติดต่ออื่นที่เคยให้กับเรา เพื่อให้ค้นหาและลบได้ครบถ้วน
เพื่อป้องกันการลบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เราอาจขอให้ท่านยืนยันคำขอจากบัญชี Facebook เดียวกันที่เคยทักมา หรือขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน
ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ
- แจ้งรับเรื่อง: ภายใน 7 วัน
- ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น: ภายใน 30 วันนับจากได้รับคำขอที่ถูกต้อง ตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันเมื่อการลบเสร็จสมบูรณ์
